ID - Enter the Slack ID you wish to use to list users.
Team - Enter the team associated with the ID to list users.
CCSID - Enter a CCSID for data translation.
Debug - Enter *YES to debug this command.
Debug File - Enter the fully qualified path and name of the IFS file to store the debug data. If left blank the default of /tmp/g4slk_<id>_getUserList.txt. where <id> is the ID associated with the request.
